I was skeptical about a liquid concentrate but one spoonful in cold milk made a genuinely smooth iced coffee with no bitterness at all. The flavor clarity really is noticeable, and I love that I can control the strength cup by cup.
The clarity of the flavor is what got me—no bitterness at all, just pure smooth coffee. I've been mixing a tablespoon into cold water for iced coffee and it dissolves instantly, no gritty residue.
A tablespoon really does transform a glass of cold water into something that tastes like a proper pour-over, and the clarity of flavor is unlike anything I've tried from a bottle. It's become my go-to for iced coffee because there's zero bitterness, just that clean, smooth finish.
