The chocolate and raisin notes really come through, and that cinnamon finish lingers just enough to make every sip feel like a slow afternoon. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it's been impossibly smooth from the first cup.
The cinnamon note is what stands out to me most, and it keeps that golden raisin sweetness from getting too heavy. It's a smooth cup even when it cools down, which I appreciate on hot mornings. Just wish the bag was a bit bigger.
This one’s a little darker than my usual morning cup, but the chocolate and raisin notes come through really nicely once it cools a bit. Smooth like the description promised, though I wish the cinnamon showed up a touch more. Still, I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week.
