Our latest rotation, Winter, is here. A Colombian brew perfect for the chilliest days of the season. Notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and stone fruit blend seamlessly for an inviting cup, hot or cold.
The chocolate comes through first, then that brown sugar sweetness lingers a bit—really nice on a cold morning. I've been mixing a splash into hot water instead of my usual drip and it's honestly replaced my whole routine.
The brown sugar and stone fruit notes really come through when I mix this into hot water, and it's not overly sweet like some flavored coffees. I've been having it every morning this week and the chocolate finish keeps me coming back.
Brewed a cup this morning while the frost was still on the windows, and the chocolate and brown sugar notes made it feel like a proper winter treat. It's rich enough to drink black but also takes milk beautifully. The stone fruit adds just enough brightness to keep it from being heavy.
