The golden raisin sweetness hits first and then it finishes so smooth I didn't need milk. Been brewing it every morning this week and it's easily my favorite bag I've bought all season.
The chocolate and raisin notes really come through, and that cinnamon finish lingers just enough to make every sip feel like a slow afternoon. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it's been impossibly smooth from the first cup.
Brewed this in my pour-over and the cinnamon note comes through right at the end, which I wasn't expecting in a light roast. The chocolate base keeps it smooth without any bitterness. Wish the bag were bigger, honestly.
