The golden raisin note really comes through when I make it iced, which I wasn't expecting. Two spoonfuls in cold water over ice and it's smooth enough to drink black, no bitterness at all.
The cinnamon is subtle here, more of a warm finish than a spice kick. A splash of this concentrate in cold milk over ice has become my whole morning routine.
The chocolate note really comes through with a smooth finish, and that hint of cinnamon makes it feel more like a dessert than a morning coffee.
