This is the first bag of coffee that actually holds its own with a splash of oat milk instead of disappearing behind it. The dark roast gives my morning latte a real richness that lingers, and even black it's smooth without any bitterness. Already reordering.
Roasted deep enough that even a splash of oat milk doesn't wash it out, this one keeps its backbone in a latte while staying smooth enough to drink black. The crema on my cappuccino was surprisingly thick and rich.
The first sip hit me right in the chest—that dark, smoky depth is exactly what I need before my brain wakes up. It cuts through milk beautifully, so my afternoon cappuccino tastes like something from a café instead of my kitchen.
