The clarity of the flavor is what got me—no bitterness at all, just pure smooth coffee. I've been mixing a tablespoon into cold water for iced coffee and it dissolves instantly, no gritty residue.
A tablespoon really does transform a glass of cold water into something that tastes like a proper pour-over, and the clarity of flavor is unlike anything I've tried from a bottle. It's become my go-to for iced coffee because there's zero bitterness, just that clean, smooth finish.
I was skeptical a tablespoon would do anything, but one swirl into my cold glass of milk and I genuinely couldn't believe the depth of flavor. It's so smooth and clean-tasting, no bitterness at all. This is officially my new daily shortcut.
