This is my third bag this season—the chocolate and brown sugar notes come through exactly as described, and it brews a cup that actually warms you up from the inside on the frosty mornings.

The stone fruit undertone really balances out the sweetness—it's subtle but makes the whole cup more interesting. I brewed it as a pour-over on a cold morning and that chocolate note warmed me right up.
