The chocolatey undertone from the Colombian beans shines through whether I drink it hot or pour it over ice, and the smooth Peruvian base keeps it from getting bitter. My morning cup tastes just as good black as it does with a splash of oat milk, which is rare for a blend this rich.
I've been brewing this as an iced coffee every morning and it holds up beautifully over ice without turning watery or bitter. The Peruvian smoothness really comes through while the chocolatey Colombian and Honduran beans give it that rich backbone I crave. Fourteen cups means I'm not reordering ever
The chocolatey notes from the Colombian and Honduran beans really come through whether I drink it hot or pour it over ice, and it holds its smoothness either way. It's become my go-to for a regular morning cup that doesn't need any sweetener.
