Swapped my usual morning shake for this and the 170mg of caffeine hits just right without the jitters. It dissolves smooth with no chalky clumps at the bottom of the mug.
The 25g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which never happened with plain coffee. It mixes smooth without that chalky texture I was bracing for, and the caffeine hit is solid.
