I've been making this my morning pour-over for a week now, and the smoothness with that golden maple swirl is dangerously good. It brews up rich without any bitterness, and honestly tastes like a cozy Sunday even on a Tuesday.

I was worried the maple would taste artificial, but it comes through soft and warm. The concentrate mixes into hot milk in seconds, and one spoonful is plenty strong—maybe too sweet for me before noon, so I've been saving it for afternoons.

The maple flavor is subtle, more of a warm finish than a punch, which I actually liked. I only use about half a spoonful in hot water since the concentrate is pretty strong.
