I mixed a spoonful into cold water at my desk before a 7 a.m. call and it dissolved clean, no grit, with that deep, smooth taste you’d expect from a slow brew. It’s the first instant I’ve had that doesn’t punish me for skipping the French press.
Honestly shocked that something this convenient tastes this close to actual cold brew — the texture is smooth, not chalky like most instant coffee I've tried. Made a cup at my desk in under 30 seconds and it beat what I get from the café down the street.
I was skeptical that any instant coffee could taste like more than bitter water, but this cold brew blend actually has that smooth, mellow finish I usually only get from fresh brewed. I just had a cup on my lunch break and it seriously saved me from the 3pm crash, so convenient to just stir it up in
