Made a batch before my 6 a.m. hike and it dissolved clean in cold water with zero clumps, which is rare for instant. Tastes surprisingly close to a pour-over, not that bitter instant bite I was braced for. Desk-bound days are going to be a lot easier.
Stirred a packet into cold water at my desk before a 9 a.m. call and it dissolved almost instantly, no clumps. Taste is surprisingly smooth for instant, though I wish the bag had a bit more kick to it. Solid backup for travel days.
The instant format is genuinely convenient for mornings when I don’t have time to brew, and it dissolves without clumps. That said, the flavor is noticeably flatter than my usual cold brew—fine in a pinch, but I wouldn’t call it premium. It’ll do for desk days, not for slow weekends.
