Fragole mature e crema alla vaniglia si fondono perfettamente nella nostra base di caffè ricca e vellutata, un contrasto saporito di frutti di bosco aspri e succosi e torta morbida e delicata.
The vanilla cream note is what won me over, it softens the berry just enough without turning it into dessert. Brewed it in my drip maker at home and the whole kitchen smelled like a bakery. Genuinely one of the better flavored coffees I've had.
The tart strawberry hits first and then that soft cake finish comes through — it actually tastes like dessert in a mug. I've been brewing it a little stronger on weekend mornings and the berry flavor holds up without turning bitter.
The vanilla cream really rounds out the berry flavor instead of letting it go too sharp, and the coffee base stays smooth even as it cools. I’ve been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived, and the cake-like sweetness makes it feel like a treat without needing any extra sugar.
