Des fraises mûres et une crème à la vanille se mêlent harmonieusement à notre base de café riche et veloutée, un contraste savoureux entre des baies acidulées et juteuses et un gâteau moelleux et délicat.
The vanilla cream really smooths out the coffee base, so the strawberry doesn't taste artificial or syrupy at all. I brewed a cup this morning and the tart berry note lingered just enough to make it feel like dessert without the sugar.
Tart strawberry hits right up front, then it settles into that cake-like sweetness without turning syrupy. I’ve been brewing it as an afternoon pick-me-up and the velvety finish makes it feel more like a dessert than a coffee.
The vanilla cream note is what really sells it—it softens the tart strawberry exactly like a cake frosting would. Even as a latte with milk, the rich coffee base holds its own without getting lost. This is my new go-to for slow weekend mornings.
