Alliant un Péruvien doux à un mélange riche et chocolaté de grains colombiens et honduriens, il s'adapte parfaitement à toute boisson, chaude ou glacée, du cappuccino au cold brew. C'est le moyen le plus simple de préparer le meilleur café du monde.
Brewed a batch over ice this morning and the chocolate notes from the Colombian and Honduran beans came through smooth, no bitterness at all. Also made a hot cup yesterday and it held up just as well, so this is genuinely my go-to for both.
This beans’ versatility is the real win—I brew it hot in the morning and cold over ice by lunch, and both cups hold up beautifully. The Peruvian smoothness really rounds out the darker cocoa kick.
Tried it iced this afternoon after reading the mix of Peruvian and Colombian beans, and it’s genuinely smooth with a deep chocolatey finish that doesn’t turn bitter. Worked just as well hot this morning too.
