The depth this concentrate adds to a latte is genuinely surprising. I've been using it exclusively for black coffee too, and it stays bold without turning bitter.
Switched from my usual beans to this concentrate and the depth of flavor in a plain black cup surprised me. It's bold without turning bitter, and a splash in a cappuccino makes it taste like a proper café drink.
I've been making iced lattes every morning with this concentrate and the depth it adds is unreal, even with just a splash of milk. It's got that real bold kick that cuts through perfectly when I'm too lazy to brew a pot.
