Cold Brew – Peptid Kaffe

I was skeptical that coffee could actually deliver 20g of collagen peptides, but my skin and joints feel better after a month of daily cups and the 170mg caffeine hits just right. It dissolves cleanly in hot water with no gritty texture, which surprised me.

Swapped my morning cup for this and the 20g of collagen peptides actually dissolves without that gritty texture I was worried about. Tastes like real coffee, not a supplement, which is honestly what sold me on keeping it in the rotation.

The 170mg of caffeine hits just right without the jittery crash I used to get from my usual cup. I like that I'm getting 20g of collagen peptides in the same mug instead of choking down a separate powder.
